ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for defect and notifying us within 10 days from the merchandise receipt should there be any defect.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. BCSL do not entertain any return/exchange/refund request due to change of mind or incorrect order once the item is shipped.
However you can do exchange by referring our exchange policy below.
To be eligible for a return, you must present evidence of defect to us so we could replace you with an exchange or store credit. We don’t do cash refunds. We hold the rights to determine if the product is faulty after inspection. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the receipt of merchandise. Requests after 10 days would not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to BCSL. using a tracked shipping service to ensure the whereabouts of the package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once return is received and inspected, BCSL will notify customers on the received item. A decision pertaining to the order will soon follow (i.e. approval or rejection of the refund).
Should there be a refund, the refund process will proceed upon decision and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 7 days.
We strongly encourage you to do exchange instead of refunds.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
BCSL only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact BCSL customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or LIVE CHAT with us.
BCSL also accept exchanges for an order mistake provided item is in good condition, original packaging and with the receipt of purchase.
Most of designer handbags are hand stitched and handmade. Some minor stitching inconsistency is normal and is not considered as defect(s).
Leather texture and color may be slightly inconsistent as it depends on the texture of the leather itself and does not considered as defect(s)
